1. Who is responsible
The data controller is Manuel Arauco, with address at Calle Prim 12, Madrid, Spain (“Sterea Music”, “we”). Privacy contact: [email protected].
This policy covers the data we handle through stereamusic.com and through our internal TikTok analytics tool atseedinganalytics.stereamusic.com. The Spanish version of the policy for the contact form is at /privacidad.
2. Contact form
If you fill in the “Contáctanos” form we process the details you give us (role, name, project name, optional link, email and optional phone) and technical data of the submission (date and time, domain, language, referrer, campaign parameters and a summary of your browser). We use them to reply to you. They are stored in a private Google Sheet that only the Sterea team can access, and kept for up to 24 months after the last contact unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
3. TikTok data
Our analytics tool uses the TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Display API. It is used by Sterea Music on TikTok accounts owned by Sterea, and only the Sterea team can see the results. An account is connected only when its holder signs in with TikTok and approves the permissions.
What we read
- Basic profile (
user.info.basic): the display name of the connected account. - Video list (
video.list): for each public video, its identifier, publication date and the counts of views, likes, comments and shares.
We do not read private messages, we do not read the content of comments, and we do not receive passwords.
What we use it for
Only to measure and compare the performance of Sterea’s own TikTok videos, internally. We do not post, message, comment or follow on TikTok, and we do not sell TikTok data or share it with third parties.
How long we keep it
In the current version, the access token obtained when connecting an account is used once and discarded; we do not store it. If we later store video metrics (counts and dates only), we will keep them only while the account stays connected and delete them within 30 days after the account is disconnected, or sooner if you ask us to.
How to revoke access
You can revoke access at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services, or by writing to [email protected]. We will delete any data associated with the account on request.
4. Cookies and browser storage
The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. When you connect a TikTok account, we set one short-lived, strictly necessary security cookie (valid for 10 minutes) to protect the sign-in against forgery. It is deleted once the connection finishes.
5. Service providers
We use Cloudflare (hosting and anti-spam) and Google (Workspace and Sheets). They process data on our behalf and may do so outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to[email protected]. If you are in Spain you can also complain to theSpanish Data Protection Agency.
7. Changes
If we change this policy in a relevant way we will update the date above.
